With a background in horticulture William has developed a reputation for his refined design aesthetic, no-nonsense manner, and highly creative approach to problem solving. Naomi Barin has a deep horticultural knowledge which, when combined with her inventive use of plants and highly developed design sensibility, produces imaginative, enduring gardens.

With years of experience in taking projects from design through to completion, be they complex, large-scale residential landscapes or inventive, boutique gardens, her aesthetic focuses on how creative planting develops a sense of place, and an element of wonder.

Tom Smith joined forces with William Dangar after gaining valuable experience working in large-scale landscape architectural practices. Tom brings a distinctive approach to design, always keen to be innovative and push boundaries whilst aligning with Will and Naomi to produce a strong company signature across all scales of project.

His facility with design is matched by his ability to seamlessly manage projects through the creative process to final implementation.
