Darlinghurst

This modernised Victorian terrace in Darlinghurst, designed by Madeleine Blanchfield Architects, has a series of pocket landscape courtyards full of lush, verdant plantings. These mini urban gardens serve as a beautiful and functional way to enhance connection to nature, improve air quality and create a playful interaction with light and space. We incorporated a creative use of vertical elements, compact plantings and wall climbers to create a miniature oasis in the heart of urban Sydney.
