The original house ‘Oculus’ was designed by Frank Fox in the 1960s and was carefully renovated by Sydney architecture practice Tzannes decades later. A simple yet dynamic landscape scheme was implemented with the inclusion of mass plantings of rich tropical plants, while Kentia palms were used to create scale and drama – especially when lit at night.
